My Blue Sky Days drone project was awarded a fellowship grant from the Aaron Siskind Foundation.

Determined by a panel of distinguished guest judges, recipients are chosen on the basis of artistic excellence, accomplishment to date, and the promise of future achievement in the medium in its widest sense. In 2014, five photographers were awarded the grant out of 1,187 applicants. The other recipients are Lucas Foglia, Curran Hatleberg, Gillian Laub, and Peter van Agtmael.

The Pulitzer Center, which has partnered with me multiple times since 2012, is also supporting this project with a grant funding video elements and installations.

You can see the latest video on the National Geographic site. A video installation will also be on display from November 4, 2014 to May 8, 2015 at the Open Society Foundation in New York.
